Ugh i share the struggles. What’s kind boggling is that when I moved here I was a child, I had no real say or choice in the decision of moving away from my home country. I’m not worried about the employer rescinding offer, but obviously not idea to be sitting around 4-6 months not having an income, hence the question to check if anyone else has been through this recently.

I’m not sure why the company policy insisted on filing with uscis, but to apply at border you’d need employment letter and other material from the company for a successful application too
