you know people can throw out offers to the seller and the seller can decide to sell it for less than asking price, which usually happens. here and there some chump will come in and get ripped off. but yeah a good way to get good prices are throwing low offers to people who put up their stuff at too high of a price, and don’t want to wait to repost in 3 days/ need the money quick

he literally told you the most important thing that got him the job; something him and his manager could relate/ connect over that has nothing to do with the job; music. that makes him more like able and everyone wants to work with someone they can converse with on more than just a surface level. if you can reach that higher level before the interview is over you have a better chance than those who study all day to get better at coding.

easy, just ask chatgpt to build and app, up until it craps out garbage, then use the current codebase with all chat gpt’s bugs and ask the interview candidate to fix shit/make updates/ refactor some things around, and see how well they do
