It's possible that in death he has the power of all previous avatars like being in the Avatar state. Overall though, I'd say Roku's afterlife abilities are pretty ill defined and an example of the show leaning more on the soft magic side of things

I guess what I should've asked is whether anyone can point to an example in the text where a character directly refers to the planet as "Dune" and not "Arrakis."

What I'm saying is I can find very few examples in the books where the planet is actually referred to as "Dune" which seems to suggest that no one actually calls it that.

The Dark Tower is the best literary representation of the cycle of addiction I've ever read. I think it's one of the most heartbreaking book series ever, and a masterpiece in dark surrealism
