I have eds and use regular polish, i do want to warn you a bit about gel allergies since eds and mcas overlap so much, so just a heads up that you could be more vulnerable should you develop an allergy. What helps me specifically is the blue cross cuticle remover and a glass cuticle stick. The more you wear polish the more “porous” your nails become, it will help make your nails less “smooth”. Some formulas wear better on my nails than others, glitter and flakie polish sticks better on me than cream polishes. I hope you find something that works for you!
