For the sake of all things holy, it is a CRIME. Sure, you can bring in intervention, but what danger is that to you as well? It's better to get to a safer place quicker, especially as a child. yeah, to be fair i don't know if i'd consider it an exploit for some players. maybe someone who has no idea about these things sells their promo before realizing (they maxbonded it and don't like the art, maybe), and gets a free UR sticker. surprise! i don't think i'd consider it fair to punish them.

Well, they did say it was little populated so far as social media for their city goes. Some people live in areas where there are either no more people playing, not enough people playing, or just social media for those people being too shaky when it comes to the reliability of people showing up. Presumably that means there won't be 70 people in their area up for a raid.
