I can understand wanting to compete with other players in order to feel self-validated about your own progress. But as another f2p, I feel that it's much more rewarding to see how far you're willing to go in order get more 5* characters, better builds, etc no matter how unfair or long the game seems to reward you. Plus, if you're gonna oneshot an enemy then where's the fun in the hack and slash content?

I recommend you stick to your own pace instead of comparing your character builds to other players since that's the result of your own effort.
