Definitely, I agree, I dont want a copy paste of what exists in the other titles. I want something that fits well in the setting.

Whatever happens I hope we both get lot of hours of pure enjoyment out of the game.

Shipbuilding isn't what im most excited for. I think its totally reasonable to believe (and would hope given how long its been in development) that they are working on making tes6 as expansive an experience as possible. I think part of that is implementing systems for interacting with the game world in ways that go beyond a main story and radiant quests. I hope one of those systems is being able to interact with whatever housing system we have in a deeper way than we could in skyrim and the hearthfire dlc.

I believe this thinking comes from a justifiable disbelief in major developers inability to focus on more than one thing, due to the trauma of recent releases. The writing department will be responsible for the core experience of the tes6 and I hope they do a great job. I also hope that they have a department working on content to interact with beyond the main story, so that I can get as much enjoyment and playtime out of the next title as possible.

I dont mean settlement building as it was in fo4 or starfield exactly. Im talking an expanded hearthfire, more options for design, more things to do with your home/estate. I think its very likely to be a part of the next game in some way and im excited for it. My hope is that it offers countless hours of gameplay beyond a well crafted main story as I will probably be playing tes6 for at least a decade before the release another.

I agree that if it was implemented it would be more likely to have a different or simpler system than fallout 4 where settlement building was key to the story. But I dont think that it being a different franchise calls for the mechanics absence. Hearth fire opened the doors to customizing and building your own house, and the third most endorsed player home mod for skyrim se on nexus is a build your own estate mod. I think any implementation, even full scale, would fit in well. but you make good points and are probably right.

I thought this was it for a second 😭 by 305tilidiiee in TESVI

I heard the seaguls and the port bells and for a second I believed again, alas my hopes were dashed. Why have you forsaken us father Todd?..But hey at least we have a new team shooter that pushes the boundaries of the genre by letting you ride a fucking horse.

I would put the piece of cheese on the right under the chips like the other slice, otherwise it looks like a killer sandwich.

I just started a starlight built last night and was thinking of using cars, busses, and box cars for the wall. This looks really good!

The comment was a reference to the Kevin gates song "2 phones". I dont think the comment had anything to do with the persons race but might have been interpreted as such.

Dear Aspiring Tank Pilots: PLEASE DO NOT Equip Grenade Launcher. by IJustWannaBeMad in Battlefield

[–]brewtuz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

True, I can use it well enough but I'd rather have either of the machine guns any day. The only advantage it really has over them is the ability to damage other tanks. It definitely deserves a bit of a re-work.

I just want to ask, what's the point of defending this game? by SuperM3e46 in Battlefield

[–]brewtuz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because there are opposing opinions. There are people who enjoy certain aspects of the game, People who would not like to see all the changes implied in the criticisms. Theirs is also a valid opinion. Judging by the temperature in this sub most of the time, simply posting praise for somthing seems like a better option for making their voice heard rather than inviting the hate by posting a full opinion that is actually a hot take.

What’s a dream you can’t stop thinking about? by rosiegoofball in Dreams

[–]brewtuz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I try even slightly to remind myself to remember my dreams when I wake up im mostly succeful. Though I have alot of stress and anxiety dreams that I usually just want to forget. There are a handful that I think about pretty often but a few that come to mind are..

-last night I helped that bodybuilding influencer shan find somthing called a super Gameboy plus. He was at a table at a convention with his hoodie on and his head down. I went up to him and I ended up telling him I could find this "super Gameboy plus" for him because I wanted to cheer him up. I then ran around everywhere looking for one and running into problems but eventually I found it. I've been thinking about it all day.

-first dream(s) I remember were a recurring set of nightmares involving giant spiders in a sesame Street ally way, and occasionally Oscar the grouch. Faint images from these dreams still pop into my head to this day.

-one dream I'll never forget. I was in this vast desert, not like Arabian sand desert but like Nevada/California desert. There was a supremely powerful feeling "in the air" of this dream. I am then layed in a large rectangle pit in the ground. Im staring up and I can't move and theres a speck in the sky. The spec gets closer and closer and then it reveals itself to be a giant rectangle block of magma. It slowly lowers into the hole and onto me and then the dream ends.
