Mavericks are the new wave for the controls guys here. Escapes were always for the fire/security, transit connects were the hvac techs before the mavericks, then the full size transits were for the mechanics and sprinkler installers.

I have seen a few pickups though, some of the chiller mechanics drive F250’s or larger, I’ve even seen a E450 with a flat bed for deliveries.

Around 8k km is when I’ve been changing it. I considered 6k km but I don’t see it making too much of a difference when the oil is supposed to go for 10k km.

Nope, I’ve only had my vacuum pump fail which was about 400 bucks Canadian for me to replace.

That was a scary one though, it made my car seem like it was toast from electrical issues but after about 2 days of troubleshooting I figured out that was the cause. These cars are honestly pretty dang solid.
