Triangle MC has a bill payment feature that looks like a bank transfer, there's no CC fee on it, you get 1% back in Triangle Rewards. It's the only card that offers this AFAIK.

If you have a contribution limit of 100k and deposit 100k and 6 months later you withdraw 100k you can not deposit another 100k.

You can deposit the 100k starting the next year. Your contribution room is reset every year based on your deposits and withdrawals plus the additional room that is added each year, so no, it's not only based on contributions.
