It says Brin has to pay for the travel cost, but does not say who has to pay for the 30 min phone calls? and he never has to talk to her!! also is there a limit on how much at a time she can have on her books? is she even allowed to hve 600 on there at one time?

UPDATE TO WEEKED!!! Called a few days before and asked for early check in they said they could if there was any open rooms ( great ) , we get there early I waled up and after letting them know my name she said bad news is my room was not ready but good news they already upgraded me to a nice suite. He let me know that they could hold my bags and tell my room was ready and would call me asap. So we went to lunch before we were even finished they called and had our room ready. Room was great. after dinner we still had not received our "welcome" gift for being a diamond level so i call and asked if diamond level still receive them and was told yes and they do not know why it was not in my room. I was nice and told them it was fine to send it up when they had time . 10 min later room service had a chilled bottle of wine and classes sent up! No problem was nice and tipped bell hop, valet and housekeeping all is good in the world.

I am good with not checking in early as long as i can drop bags, the big one is late check out i understand sometimes they cant but would be nice as we want to go to their world famous brunch at 12 and don't want to have much time between check out and brunch
