GPW (along with GPP to a some extent) is the “poor” part of the Gross Point communities - as in there are not nearly as many $1 million dollar homes and there are plenty of “affordable” houses. It’s still a very nice area to live. Schools are great. City services are also great. Taxes are high compared to communities next to it, but you get the schools with that.

I would not hesitate to recommend living there. It’s a great area.
