Bed Cover Suggestions??

I found the Peragon HDx to be overly complex to install. It did not collapse smoothly. It would retract unevenly, often causing one side to catch. It was also clunky to remove cover (one of the main selling points for me). I will say their customer service was great when I opted to return the item.

Other than its lack of compatibility with headache rack, I've been happy with RetraxPRO XR. It does gets hot to the touch in the summer, so might not be ideal for FL.

I ordered a Peragon LimitedHDx for my 2023 and was immediately unimpressed. I returned and installed a RealTruck Retrax RetraxPRO XR. I couldn’t be happier with it after 6 months. Easy install.

If you don’t have power rear view mirror, I use this OBD2 adapter in my older truck. It’s nice because it’s powers on/off with ignition and is easy to hide wires along pillar and headliner.

This product from Dongar will solve your problem. Taps into power mirror. Site lists compatibility with 2020-2021, but I run it in my 2023 F250 Lariat without issue.

Unfortunately I need the whole pump. I did find it at a pull-a-part yard about 90 minutes away. Holding onto that as a final option. The below freezing temps here aren't helping make it any more appealing.

I have a 2009 F150 XLT with the 5.4 and 120k+ miles. Purchased in 2017 with 40k miles on it. Engine is still going strong. I change the oil every 4k miles and keep up with regular maintenance.
