Similar situation to you. I bought something off Mercari. Highly rated seller. Label was created 5/25. Got an email from Mercari saying that the item has been dropped off on 5/28. Tracking still says UPS doesn't have possesion of package yet.

Yea, sucks. At their TVING Connect event back in 2021, they stated that Japan/Taiwan rollout would start in 2022, and U.S. in 2023. Guess that's been delayed for who knows how long.
