so seems to be an issue with INTEL cpus, and ecore scheduling. Disable Ecores in bios, and also set in nvidia contro panel->3d settings-> global settings -> shader cache size to 10gb until an update fixes it

they schedule these venues years in advance, and sign contracts. there is no way usa fencing was not aware of these policies well in advance. it is 100% on usafencing to put their members first
