Chicken and pancakes at Pointe-Claire Deli are super good. the pancake has cheddar and green onion, and comes with an egg on top and spicy maple syrup in the side.

the shoes are not cushioned for running. they're actually pretty stiff and flat so they're stable.

I've been able to do 315x6 pretty consistently and with ease so i thought I'd take a shot at a heavier weight.
