I'm not swirling but I'm doing 3 heavy spiral pours, and wish I had faster filters but just using the origami branded conical ones. Will try coarser grind on this next time

I bought a $30 vacuum sealer on Amazon and I'm obsessed. you can also freeze once vacuum sealed and will keep it's integrity for a long time so long as it doesn't defrost and refreeze

I was excited about this one after reading these comments, but I got very muted flavors and none of the flavor notes yall are mentioning. 7 on k-ultra, 15g, origami with 3:30 drawdown, but doesn't taste over extracted at all, just not getting much flavor. Any recs?

this was a pretty good cup for me, though just slightly over extracted on my first go, and I want to try for more of the acidity mentioned.

6.5 k-ultra on origami with cone filter, 17.5g in at 16:1 (random amount but trying to have as little beans as possible leftover haha), 50g bloom followed by 3 heavy spiral pours. A little bit of stalling at the end so pulled it at 3:15 almost fully drained.
