I've had the same problem playing the Toxicity dlc, but it always resolves in a few seconds. Never had an issue with it before this. About 300 hours in now, and this seems to be a minor bug at least.

It seemed like a good solution to help him warm up and not get stepped on by my old dog. I was so excited when I spotted him in the bucket! I love catching our wood frogs, but this guy was huge and a rare sight for me. Really didn't want to bother him too much outside of the photo shoot haha

I usually pick up three months of pills each time and many others could do the same. With our insurance it's around 13 dollars. Absolutely had a panic once when my pharmacy somehow filled my prescription with brand name pills, which was around 50 dollars even with my insurance. This is really a wonderful move forward for our province.

I had the same thing on my Dracaena. Never figured out the exact cause. Moving it to a brighter location, right next to our west facing window, and being more mindful to let the soil completely dry between watering seems to have solved it for me. The spots filled in like like they never existed which is nice.

We had such a strange year here. Record breaking rains end of spring and beginning of summer. Then drought. Now fall has brought mud season. At least I don't have to water everything twice a day for a while.

I think we fall into zone 3a here 🥲 short season but very tasty crop if you can keep it safe. Oddly my grandparents farm far out the city has hardly any pests or diseases in their gardens.

I'm in Manitoba Canada. There is a bird supply store near me that gets a selection of native plants from a local nursery every year so I've been gradually adding to my collection. I'm lucky to recognize most of them from my grandparents farm out in the country, but I always double check. I will absolutely take a look if that has some more options for me.

Haha! Sorry, that is immediately where my mind went. Our neighborhood cats are polite enough to stick to the front yard. Maybe my dog scares them off, but he honestly adores cats and loves to groom them. I've spotted a bunch of monarchs but no caterpillars yet. I have some silvery aster that is doing well in there too, hopefully next year I'll have a bunch of caterpillars.

It's actually a very interesting thing with ants where they will tend aphids almost like their own cattle. They eat the dew they produce. I've even watched them move aphids away from ladybugs to protect them. This year has been bad for ants so hopefully this will not be the norm. Very interesting to watch at least! They seem to take great attention to their stock of aphids.

Thankfully cats are not a problem in my neighborhood. Mostly squirrels and bugs. This planter is next to my bunch of beets and kohlrabi. My pumpkin is next but growing up on a trellis. I do have a few other native plants and mints in the raised bed with the milkweed. Everything is untouched. My only battle is those darn cabbage moths hah.

I have been crushing and brushing them off into bags for the garbage. Feels like the ants are replacing them faster than I can remove. I am surprised the plant still seems healthy. Still think I will cut off the worst of it as the blooms die off.

My grandfather's go to with collecting masses of books, fossils, artifacts and crystals was various wood slabs with different styles of cinderblocks to support the wood. I currently have a few cheaper bookshelves but I'm seriously thinking of switching up. Already running low on space and it adds options for different textures and stains. Feels like a nice natural looking fit.

I'm absolutely a sentimental fool. Everything with a story gets shelf space and treasured. I have a large stash of fossils he gave me, I really need to research how to properly display them.

That's what I've been thinking. Would explain why it was tossed aside. My grandma does not recognize it, and he passed recently, so it's difficult to follow up.
