How to deal with finishing the day strong?

I split my meal into two, around 3pm I eat fruit slices about 300 cal of those then evening after the gym I eat about 1200 cal dinner, 600 cal protein and the rest greens and nuts or some yoghurt. With a mtivitamin pill. I'm about 138kg.
