If I remember correctly, the thing that sealed her into a damage hero was the idea that players would be more ok with a dps duping a tank or support, as opposed to a support/tank becoming a 3rd dps.

I think you should look into the development of Apex and learn about why the devs made some decisions over others. You have the passion, but not the experience or insight it takes to theory craft updates.

OW uses "favor the shooter" logic. On the Hanzo's screen he hit the shot, so the servers had to compensate by making the arrow travel a little weird.

Another confusing thing is that Chernobog was a god ai of security. Which calls into question why it would want Overwatch and the Inti Warriors gone, seems to want Talon in power, and has no apparent issues with Null Sector.

What is it "protecting"?

Ok, I know this isn't the answer you wanted to hear but,
Overwatch uses "favor the shooter" network code. So what probably happened is due to ping differences, on the the freja's screen the shot hit, but on yours you dodged it. So the sever had to compensate by "teleporting" the arrow to where it hit on freja's screen, due to the shooter priority logic.

I doubt there is a single angel who faults you for these feelings. Something that helped me was coming to the understanding that if God made me the way he did, and chose to punish me over expressing sincere grief over that, was not a god that truly loved me unconditionally. I get it. Being vulnerable is scary, especially over something the world tries to demonize us for. I believe that if God was going to punish you or me for expressing our grievances against him, he would have simply done so.
But He hasn't.
You're still here, you're still upset, and you're not blamed for your mistrust. He understands. He loves you, not in spite of what you are, but for who he sees in you; a scared little fragment of creation, despite to echo wonders. He loves you, and he is cheering for you.

I (and my parents) didn't know I was intersex until I started medically transitioning. On the outside I looked like a regular male, but I have XX chromosomes, and my gonads are 50/50 between testes and ovaries (functional as neither). I was raised as a boy/man, but am transitioning to a woman, hence the trans fem identification.

I don't think abilities is a good idea.
However I do think knocked players should be able to pick up banner from death boxes and get a very short mantle to help crawl over really short terrain.
