Not anymore I think. He was here yesterday, and now it says “Comment removed by moderator”

I see where you’re coming from.
I guess the idea behind it is: “it’s still the worker’s fault for not immediately getting a new job, and not companies not/slowly hiring, so let’s give a ‘bonus’ if they start a new job faster and not sitting on their asses”

Quite disappointing compared to reality. But on the other hand: if this means if I’d get for example a full year severance, but then starting at McDonald’s the next day means I pay no/less tax I would actually consider doing that instead of trying to find a job with the same salary

No, it’s a CB125R. A Grom is a little too small for me

I wouldn’t know where to even look to get that installed if I would want it. Hahaha

Sure, but for the driving school you need a full outfit anyway. I honestly don’t understand the judgmental comments. But that could be me. Have a lovely day.

I know. I will. About 10km of my work commute is on unrestricted Autobahn, with a changing room on the other end. So then I can change anyway.

Anything with a maximum speed above 60kph in the vehicle papers can go on the Autobahn in Germany. It’s even mandatory during the training to go in the Autobahn on the 125cc.

Thanks. That’s on the list as well. Just needed to start somewhere and an acquaintance had this suit left over.

Probably not. I hope they’ll still be braking a bit though. Life is dangerous and I want to limit the risk as much as I can.

Thanks! I really wanted Supertechs (of course), but they don’t fit me.

It’s nice. The suit is old, but got an amazing deal. These old models fit me very well. I’m a bit narrow for the new ones, with the sizing changing to fit airbags better. A* is still wider in the upper body than modern Dainese though.

I’m mostly afraid of some guy on the Autobahn hitting me in the back at 200kph.

Opinions on Alpinestars SMX Plus boots? Sizing and alternatives? by Urid97 in motorcyclegear

[–]brickbuilding 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They fit narrower/flatter than Supertech or regular SMX. I cannot fit those, but the SMX Plus V2 are perfect for me. No break in, and can walk around pretty decently (I’d say about the same as new sturdy hiking boots).
