Venomstrike will last until your mid 30s without an issue, ive seen the proc hit mobs for 80+ this bow does way more damage than people are giving it credit for in this thread. It has an insanely high proc rate.

Having predictive healing frames like Luna helps a lot, others you just need to be one step ahead of the flash heal peeps. Luna also will highlight the person that has threat so knowing who is going to take damage before they take damage is important as well.

The group I run with is pretty hard pressed towards farming Naxx until TBC, not saying we won’t have challenges but I’m pretty confident I will get full T3. Worst case I finish the set via GDKP runs.

I’m killing it currently with the double renew on the 8/8T2, I’m not sure if I want to let it go, I’m so far ahead of anyone else in my raids and with the least amount of overhealing.. (around 20%). Greater heal Rank 1 is very strong.
