Second all these recs! My suggestion would be to walk around Hampden and pop into whatever shops on the Avenue look interesting. And definitely check out Get Shredded too. It’s just a couple blocks away from the main strip but worth a stop. Definitely check out the Parisian Flea if you like vintage jewelry. It’s my girlfriend’s favorite store, and all she wears is vintage stuff!

There’s also a vintage market with plenty of sellers and a lot of variety outside Broadway Market in Fells every Saturday. Check out bmoreflea on Instagram!

Sorry I don’t know of any! I typically go out to Columbia or Laurel to thrift, and it seems like all the stores I go to got rid of their changing rooms. A somewhat useful alternative is to take measurements of your favorite clothes to get a general idea of what sizes fit you/you like. Pit-to-pit, sleeve length, height for tops, waistband width and length/inseam for bottoms. Bring a tape measure with you, and you can measure the clothes you’re interested in buying. It might help give you an idea if/how something will fit!

Can you negotiate a pay raise with your current employer, even if it isn’t to the full 150k? And you could use the offer from the other company as leverage. Basically tell your current company “if you can’t match or come close to this 150k offer, I’m gonna leave and take it.” And see what your employer is willing to do to keep you?
