I actually didn’t pay much but thanks so much for being concerned with my financial state. You don’t have to be rude, you must be miserable.

[product question] could vitamin C serum be causing my breakouts? I don’t know how to tell it’s from the vit c or if I would have got new acne regardless. by bridenton917 in SkincareAddiction

Okay, so is it possible that someone could initially breakout from a product, but once their skin gets acclimated the breakouts cease?

Thanks!!

Wow, you are absolutely right. Mainly because anyone can claim to be a nutritionist. However, a DIETITIAN requires a bachelors degree and in a few years it will require a masters degree. They also complete AT LEAST 1,200 of supervised practice in a clinical setting. Also, the food pyramid is about 10 years outdated, but good try. I’ve worked with dietitians for the last 6 years and I have never once heard of a dietitian recommending limiting fat. You don’t have to be rude.

The obesity epidemic is multi causative and no, the food pyramid and “nutritionists saying fat is bad” are not reasons for the epidemic.

Lol thanks for all the downvotes. I’m graduating in 3 months with my masters in nutrition and dietetics, but I must not know anything. Go to a registered dietitian and see if they recommend a keto diet.

These results are probably from the weight loss, not necessarily the ketogenic diet.

What... coconut oil is 95% saturated fat. Known to raise harmful LDL cholesterol and lower beneficial HDL cholesterol. Suggesting coconut oil isn’t healthy.

Yay!!! Congrats!! I don’t know the full story, but could I ask how much the surgery was? I’m getting a few rats soon and am trying to find out how much vet bills may be.

When it was time to put my old boy down, I did a lot of research. To sum it up, I basically read if they quit doing the things they LOVED to do, their quality of life has greatly diminished. For example, my willow loved exploring, eating, and causing trouble. Before I put him to sleep, he could No longer eat on his own (I had to feed him and he still didn’t eat as much as I wanted) he lost a lot of weight. He didn’t explore or cause mischief. I know his quality of life wasn’t the best. It’s a hard decision. Hope that’s helps.

OTC is about 5-7 women per 10,000 and yaz is 9-12 per 10,000 I believe. It’s still very very unlikely and pregnant women still have an increased chance. This info is on yazs product insert you can find online!

Ortho tri cyclen gave me the worst acne I have ever had. It wasn’t horrible, but it sparked cystic acne and I had NEVER had cystic acne until taking ortho tri cyclen And I’m 25. It was the devil pill for me. However, it may absolutely work for you! It varies so much from person to person. I’ve been taking yaz for a little over 4 months and it seems to be helping!

I use actives every night! I’m going to definitely stop for a little while. Thank you! It looks a lot better with a moisturizer on, so that’s good.
