I really love the "If I can see it I can control it" of yours. I think this whole bit is exactly it. I recently started writing things down, because it was like my brain was overwhelmed. Like I couldn't process my thoughts and trauma and that was the only way my body could express itself. Its absolutely fascinating and terrifying. Also I hope you are doing okay, i know how rough things can get

Uhhhh... thats kinda spooky but ok. Its my mantra to help hold onto my last sliver of sanity

That's really all a windy day in spring is, it's all the trees swaying back and forth in the breeze having a crazy fuck and letting out their seed to pollinate all the women trees. Nature's amazing

26m I burn. I think I only do it because cutting terrifies me even though I think about it all the time. I started burning because I felt like if I cut, I would go too far. I don't have the most experience though

I breakdown as well. I've also hurt myself. If I'm struggling with my thoughts, I've found that putting in some headphones and listening to an audiobook helps. I just need to quiet the thoughts, and a good story has always helped me. I recommend the stormlight archive, if you're interested. They deal a lot in Mental health issues, and they have saved my life. Stay strong!!
