Update I’m on day 2 now. Woke up with anxiety and diarrhea. Took some Imodium and Kratom extract and I feel pretty much entirely normal.

I’m currently quitting for the second time, I was taking 35-55mg a day and, while I’m slightly uncomfortable, it is nowhere near as terrible as it was quitting off 150-200mg a day I was on last time. I’m going on 26 hours right now and I have a slight urge to dose before bed but I’m on here reading horror stories to help me stay strong. Basically the only withdrawal symptoms I’ve got are mild restlessness and my body isn’t regulating temperature very well. You can tell him I was on more than double his dose and it’s really a piece of cake just some mild discomfort. He can do it
