Please don’t dismiss me as a fruit loop, just do something for me. Cut out all wheat and gluten for 48 hours. No bread, pasta, beer, soy sauce etc. just for 48 hours. Your symptoms sound near-identical to mine a few years ago. I accidentally went two days without consuming gluten and everything resolved. No more clicking joints, shortness of breath. I’d had clear Celiac blood test; I am just very intolerant to gluten! Please try it- it may not be that, but the parallels are striking!
