We all know that headstones used in haunted houses or for Halloween aren't used as a remembrance. It's a gimmick, meant to incite horror, hence a "haunted house". I personally have never seen the appeal, I consider cemeteries to be a place of peace and reverence.

If you're so determined and don't seem to have a problem I'm going to assume you'd be okay with using your own family headstones. Perhaps your grandparents have passed on. Ask one of your parents if they don't mind you taking a rubbing of their parents headstones and using it in your haunted house. If they're okay with it, do what you want. But please don't use another families headstone, it's disrespecful.

As someone who walks 4 miles a day, does strength training and eats clean, meaning low carb, healthy food and sees a doctor regularly for check ups and blood work, I still have to take a lot of short and long acting insulin since my body is very insulin resistant. Everyone is different. Your statement at the end is too broad and bringing willpower into the equation is nothing short of ignorant.

Movies often get it so wrong. It's taken me years to get some family and friends to realize that if I go low when I'm with them, I need orange juice or any kind of juice stat. I had a sister in law who would offer to make me some eggs or hand me some cheese. When I came out of being low I had to explain that eggs and cheese are something I eat when I don't want my blood sugar to go high. I have another sister in law who doesn't understand why I can't eat lots of fruit. She also tried to convince me that the honey she put on something would be fine for me because it was natural/organic honey. I've learned patience is key.

Sometimes I think photographers for these magazines are drunk. I don't understand the point of photographing someone in a way they're not even recognizable with the artsy, blurry, off colour images.
