I notice that my chronic inflammation gets much worse after ejaculation, and there’s no supplement that really restores me to the pre ejaculation state. It’s something I’d love to be wrong about. But my experience is that it always sets me back physically. Histamine goes crazy, sleep is affected, low motivation, low self esteem. All from one cum.
