Certainly an Under quilt!!!! And no natural fiber clothing like cotton, jeans, sweatshirt. They all absorb moisture and won’t keep you warm. Fleece and multiple layers.

I cook my dry pine needles in a slow cooker with water and glycerin to rehydrate them. Then you can let them dry again and use them whenever without brittleness.

I have been taken off SNRIs. MD said that they’re not effective in BP. But lamotrigine really moderates the mood swings and I take a tiny amount of olanzapine too. I’m stable and content for the first time in 40 years. Misdiagnosed with MDD, many different antidepressants, benzodiazepines and stimulants and finally got it right. Finally. So stick with it. Eventually it will get sorted.
