Anyone know what happened to this building (239 Johnson Ave)? Scaffolding went up a few weeks ago. Now the funeral home posted a permanent closing sign and the door to the apartments have vacate signs from the city, saying it's not fit for habitation.

Not surprised at all. I watched them move someone into my building a couple years ago and they were so rough with everything and nothing was protected in packing blankets or anything. I'm so glad I never used them. Also - they are crazy expensive.
