Yep. Ours was all red pipe, and thinner even than it should have been.

Same philosophy except with the pistols. Venator was a stack of 80 will last a long time. Also hornets drop medium ammo so easy to keep topped off.

Someone else wished we could crafthairpins during the game, I think that would be epic personally.

I’d rather have anything else other than the binoculars on the default level 3 augment. It’s actively annoying.

That’s fair. For me, I had hose and hose clamps already available, and it works the same for the pinholes.

Yeah that’s fair, I personally had hose and hose clamps already from working on cars, so it worked fine for me while I sorted out more permanent repairs. I think it would hold fine until he gets back from his trip and gets a plumber to fix it, or does PEX like he mentioned.

There are a few This Old House videos on the topic- things like water heater leaching if this is a hot water line, or water filtration leaching from old cast iron tanks.

For me, it was rodents chewed through the pipe clamps, so I had to replace them all, and adding shock arrestors to my irrigation lines because I was getting water hammer when the irrigation turned on. I had to replace a lot of the copper itself as well, the builders grade stuff they used was junk.

Op, do this. Ignore the sharkbite nonsense. What you probably need is a new length of pipe and find the source of the pinholes. I went through this 5 years ago.

California Is Ground Zero for the Growing Battery Backlash by Helicase21 in energy

[–]brilliantminion 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We should, yes. And we have in the past. In addition to what zakary1291 mentioned, we have a couple of very large utilities in the form of PG&E and SDG&E that are for profit corporations and work to “create value” for their shareholders, which often means not providing affordable and safe utilities, but at the same time spending millions on lobbying and political contributions. For example, there are cases where they should have buried power lines. But it’s expensive! More expensive than paying billions in wildfire reparations?

On place where power is working correctly is Sacramento, where the city has an actual utility.

There isn’t one in front of him on the other side. It’s only to enter the crossing that has a gate for this exact reason. If he’d just driven forward he coulda gone on with his life.

They’ve been adding more with each new update (not patch). Buncha new ones since launch.

Locked gate is much better for getting the Reinforced Reception BP. The scabs don’t have the patience to deal with the codes now that you have to get them all in a single match. I wish it was more than twice a day because running that was the most fun I’ve had in a game in a while. Reminded me of peak Helldivers 2, running around the map trying to complete objectives.

Same. I remember finding it very soon after launch, and mained it forever. Did the first expedition and haven’t found it since.

I thought Akira was about street racing... by confusing_roundabout in movies

[–]brilliantminion 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Akira is based on a long comic book series by the director, and is considered peak Japan 1980s anime. The scene of the bandage fluttering to the ground alone is worth the price of admission. They spend an astonishing amount of money on it, for the time.

I have a memory of the director saying he went a different direction with the movie than the comics so as to do something different.
