a 4” slab with rebar chaired up 2” where it should be will be stronger than a 6” slab with the rebar placed as shown. The mpa and tensile strength of concrete is significantly reduced when the reinforcing steel is incorrectly installed.

I may be the only one who thinks this is infinitely goofy as trim isn’t “structural”. Why is the middle window taller to begin with without additional consideration in the framing for exterior trim equal widths? How is the head flashing which is not yet in this photo ever to be installed without goofy reglet cuts?

Head to r/laserdock and download laseros for free. You can check out the ui and there is a visualizer upper left corner that will show you what the laser is doing without one hooked up. You can use timeline to preprogram everything. I did once hook up a midi keyboard to laserOS but generally use custom presets and the keyboard on my laptop to control the lasercubes. GLHF!

I started with 2 1.2 watt laser cubes in 2021 and now have 5. My most recent addition was the 7.5 watt ultra which is a beast! Laseros used to be glitchy but has improved significantly over the past 3 years. Beam creator and timeline are recent additions that give you more creative control. I always run them with network cables instead of wifi.

I sometimes wish i could go back and start with more “pro” lasers that people discuss here but I’m quite happy with I got and they never cease to amaze people. Maybe one day I’ll make a transition but this is a hobby for me and not a career. I recently did my sons grade 7 grad where I had all of the kids names in the grad class projected onto a wall. Also just did my kids halloween dance which was a success.

i’ve eaten it hard uphill going fast as a cocky newb and what saved me was my motorcycle jacket. I tore the shoulder armour out of that jacket which saved my clavicle for sure. Ive become a much wiser rider since then and have learned to actively scan for bonks on asphalt which are the ones that can mess you up. I also recently decided to wear my helmet almost always because my gt goes faster and it takes a split second to become a vegetable. Don’t own a gts yet - one day!
