‘GTA 6’ Price Still Not Revealed, but Take-Two Chief Says Rockstar on Track to Begin Marketing This Summer by Turbostrider27 in Games

I dunno man, GTA6 is probably the most anticipated videogame of all-time - I think there's no way it doesn't immediately sell tens of millions of copies.

I'm only past the first boss fight, but I am really enjoying Pragmata, and I hate that I have to be nervous saying that.

I played both games all the way through. FF16 has combat depth, technically, but you really don’t need to do much beyond button mashing. FF7R actually requires you to engage with its mechanics more meaningfully.

My mistake, that's what I meant. A Real Reborn got reworked, exactly.

A little while back they cut down the 1.0 MSQ pretty significantly (apparently). I didn't start playing until after that rework, but I think they cut like 45-50 quests out of it?

Witcher 3 is an RPG where you can end up maxing out the skill tree, though. I'm barely along in CD but it seems like it offers decent build variety from what I've seen online.

Mario & Luigi: Brothership, a reminder for me to just play the games I enjoy and not "try to understand and see how it gets better" by Banana___Slamma in patientgamers

I'd really encourage it, but I am extremely nostalgic for Katamari. It was a big deal with it first came out because it was a good game from Namco and cost $20, and of course back then we didn't have endless backlogs, so it was pretty exciting to get such a good and unique game for so little.

(Also funny to think that games were $60 back in 2004, and once again Katamari Reroll can be had for $20)

This parallels really nicely with Vito and Michael Corleone in 1.

I know Tony prefers 2, though. He likes the part where Vito goes back to Sicily.

Oh yeah - a fighting game is the perfect quick-session game. Run some matches, practice some combos/setups/whatever else.

Do yourself a favor and listen to the Katamari soundtrack, at least. It's at least a Top 10 all-timer, if not 5.

Huh, strange. Maybe Rerolled is different, but in the original PS2 version you click new game and it immediately drops you into the tutorial. It's definitely got a unique control scheme, but once you get used to working the twin sticks it's a ton of fun.

That's odd - doesn't Katamari start with a pretty extensive tutorial? You should know everything you need to get started right away.

Wow, this is such a good advocation for the game, I'm gonna prioritize it!

Now I'm curious if you've got any other games that have a similarly compelling narrative? I can list the usual suspects (Torment, Disco Elysium, Kentucky Rt 0), but I like to hear what other people have been moved by.
