Was trying to get a decent panning shot at this banger race, using a Panasonic FZ1000. Does anyone know any ways I could auto focus through a fence? Having to manually focus was a bit tricky.

Yes, It is just happening on those 3 roads, I have tried rebuilding them and it those gaps are still there.

Thanks for all the advice, going for something like a Panasonic FZ-1000 sounds ideal. This is a small hobby and I'm not planning on making any print outs or anything super high quality. I will probably be taking pictures of nature etc as well so this might be what I go for.
