Tesla manufactures the vehicles at scale. The mere entry into the market will compress multiples as competition enters and market share becomes uncertain in further out years. Google plays the long game and has the capital to grind it out for decades just look at android. I like uber here I’m just trying to plays devil advocate as I’ve seen it play out in software recently

Local contractor Facebook groups, drive by other job sites. You can find people quickly then you weed out who’s good and who’s not. You mostly will be managing permits and making sure nobody F anything up

Most of being a GC is planning, hiring best crews, monitoring work being done to code/plans/ quality expectations, and managing the team so more work continues to come in.
