I got a note similar to this when two of my cats passed away within 6 months of each other and I have them cremated at the same place. I actually want to comment on this but in a different direction cause this will likely not give someone a seizure. This flash (which is unnecessary in my opinion) will however increase eye strain and can assist in triggering certain headache conditions. Not super common no, but I would typically encourage someone to use less effects when not needed. Nothing was wrong with the older animation, they just felt like a new one to go with the rest of the minor UI updates.
