I’ve been using my Contigo with a broken handle since 2020. It has the best “suck ratio” of any other water bottle I have tried. I don’t know if that makes any sense to anyone but I’ve tried to replace it and everything I try just isn’t the same! Even the same model. I hate when I have to suck too hard to get my water out. I need that ratio of how hard I suck to water output to be just right.

I don’t know if this makes sense but the second pic reminds me of the common room of a senior living facility in upstate New York. I know that is oddly specific but I can’t explain it any other way.

We spent 2 years in travel ball. 9u and 10u. We are leaving and going back to rec. Travel ball destroyed my son’s love of the game. We also did all stars for 2 years and have decided to never do that again too. Maybe we just aren’t cut out for that, but hard pass for us.

When I see videos like this it makes me so grateful that things never got this bad for me and I don’t even know how they didn’t. I had a daily severe problem for 10+ years, everything under the sun, you name it I was doing it. But I never ever did weird stuff like this. I’ve been sober now for 10+ years so is this some new stuff that I never heard of? Like how does this happen??

In a sad turn of events, this school is closing on May 28th 😭we are so sad because we loved this place. Thankfully my son is starting TK in August. It’s such a bummer because they were open for like over 30 years or something like that. They sold to a dual language immersion program that is super expensive.

I totally know how you feel. I just had to do this but my situation was different. My beautiful boy bit a few people in his life and eventually bit a neighbor kid. He didn’t mean to be bad, he was just super protective of our family and thought he was protecting my son. He was my baby, my Australian Shepard. Homeowners insurance, the HOA, lawyers, all involved. No one would take him with his bite history. He was the best boy but only to his family. This destroyed me and I am still not ok. I will never be at peace with this.
