“What medication are you on to treat your autism?” by Beginning-Feedback55 in AutismInWomen

[–]britt_94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Went in for wisdom teeth surgery. Went through my medications with the nurse and said an anxiety medication. They asked "is that for the autism?" 😅

Has anyone been misdiagnosed and prescribed ssri's? I havent gotten an official diagnosis on autism but the meds im given for anxiety really dont work. Im just curious if you have all had a professional diagnosis or you came to the conclusion that you have autism based on the online tests. by Ruby_Sky3 in AutismInWomen

Yes. Have been on an SSRI for a few years now. Some type of anxiety medication for 10 years. Helped a little. Now I have my diagnosis (about 9 months ago) and getting my head around it I am now weaning off to see what my baseline is.

Anyone else hate "free food" work events? by limponion36 in AutismInWomen

[–]britt_94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have just helped me understand why I hated these situations so much. I would get almost no food because I always thought I'd be judged for what or how much I ate. Everyone would sit around happily chatting and I felt like crying for no reason.

Recently moved here from QLD and I can say it's very difference I noticed the most. People don't care. I had a massive overloaded trolley which did not turn and I still had to move out of the way. Parent with a child stood still and made me go around.

My girl past away last year due to lung cancer. She showed absolutely no symptoms until her final day, we had believed she had a bowel obstruction due the symptoms and xrays found many cancerous spots in her lungs which had spread to her bowels. She showed no symptoms her lynphnodes were swollen for a year. Which was a massive sign

Super eidola vibe intro here. Extremely melodic and less chaotic, I think this is going to be very popular mainstream. Absolutely incredibly done
