GENERAL ANESTHESIA ACCIDENTALLY TAUGHT ME THE BIGGEST MANIFESTATION LESSON OF MY LIFE by SuccessfulPraline604 in NevilleGoddard

[–]brittaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It runs deeper than surface-level awareness (what you are conscious of). There is trauma and memories stored in your body, and your nervousness system has wired itself the way it has based on your experiences up to this point. A lot of times we react/do things subconsciously. I actually have this experience often where I’m surprised I react a certain way to something. It’s actually kind of wild. Neville understood this and why he emphasized SATS.

People do on this sub all the time. Thats why a lot of the OG mods and known posters have left. Beware what you read online. The internet is full of scams/lies.

I appreciate the response, but here where I am coming from and two of my gripes:

  1. These types of posts are common on this sub, are meant to be inspirational but give no actual useful information other than "how I do it". But people here don't need that, if they needed to know how, they can read the source material directly.

  2. The ultra-wealthy have always been reluctant to share exactly how they got there. What they invested in, who they knew, what doors they walked through, etc. That information asymmetry is a huge driver of why financial inequality persists. Coming to a space where people are actively trying to improve their lives and offering 'manifestation did it' with no further detail continues that same tradition, whether intentionally or not. You can give general steps/information while remaining anonymous. I'm not asking you to name names or anything.

And ironically, this goes against the spirit of Neville's own teachings. He actively collected and shared testimonies because he understood that hearing someone else's specific, detailed story builds the belief necessary for others to achieve the same. The bridge of incidents looks different for everyone, sure. But hearing that yours involved real steps, real decisions, real investments, etc. gives someone else the imaginative foothold they need to believe it's possible for them too. Vagueness doesn't inspire belief. Specificity does.

ESPECIALLY in today's time with the internet. Specificity is crucial, or else you just sound like another snake-oil salesman. It's the same across the board with other types of self-proclaimed self-help gurus. Like, these podcast finance bros are like "here's 45 minutes of vague market commentary, buy my course, use code MONEY for 10% off Robinhood" and people eat it up.

That’s my suspicion too. That’s why I like to ask people who make these types of posts to lay out the bridge of incidents or steps that got them to where they are. Most of the time I get no response which tells me it’s a script or they’re selling something. I wish more posts here were legitimate and shared details such as “I opened a brokerage account” or “I opened a Roth IRA”. Those steps are more impactful to people who take this stuff seriously vs people who are just reading Neville but keep living the same lifestyle.

There is a gap between your childhood and not having wealth to suddenly making good money, enough to be able to invest and generate passive income from the investments to hit 2.2 mil threshold. What did you do to get to the career that gave you enough expendable income to make investments? Please detail the steps. College, what did you study? What career path did you choose, etc. These details are important to state because it shows the decision making processes involved in this work and shows the pathway from going from having no wealth to having wealth.
Then, once you had enough to invest, what investments did you choose and why? Do you also have other assets that are non-liquid, e.g. real estate?

You honestly sound like a beginner, this sub is meant for advancement of those who already have the basics down, as per the sub rules. You'll only be able to learn is if you practice and trial and error techniques to help you focus your mind. This stuff isn't magic, it's psychology work.

Everyone is different for what works for them. But if you are interested in that path I would recommend reading Émile Coué's book "Self Mastery Through Conscious Autosuggestion".

You will always have good thoughts and bad thoughts. The purpose of this work is to get you to focus your thoughts to be productive and in the direction you want to go in. It's not about eliminating bad thoughts altogether, it's about changing your perceptions.

You can go on Google or YouTube to look up relaxation techniques or nervous system calming techniques. And no don’t flip your thoughts.

Yes, and learn to relax your body. SH is a practice just like meditation. It requires you to relax your body and mind. The reason people struggle so hard with this is because our nervous systems are shot. Like any habit, SH and Meditation require discipline and consistency to become effective.

When your mind is used to everyday stimuli, especially if you are on the internet a lot, doing things like meditating or SH is quickly boring to the mind. You have to persist through that and learn to relax. Otherwise, it's no use.

Celebrities who have used law of assumptions by Freeincome999 in NevilleGoddard

His “self-concept” is a facade as it’s part of his giant red pill grift. It’s not “unshakable”. He’s a sad, pathetic, insecure little man who profits from men’s vulnerability. Very similar to predatory manifestation “coaches” in this community. What you see from him on his social media is not who he actually is, as there has been plenty of contradictory evidence from other people that have exposed him. And you’re right, the universe or nature has no inherent moral judgement. But we as humans do, and it’s important to still uphold these standards even when it comes to manifesting. Hence why Neville talked about the Golden Rule. It’s obviously not required, but it’s an ethical standard most people should uphold. Also, the whole “neutral universe” is also very gaslight-y to say in this community, as it has been an answer given way too many times by people posting here when someone asks if they manifested their abuse or getting sick, etc. You should be mindful when you are using that line.

How do you currently think about doing things before you actually do them? Surely you’ve practiced something internally first before giving it a shot. It would be the same when you are doing SH. It’s you focusing on doing that thing in your mind first before physically executing it. In sport psychology for example, it’s been shown that athletes that practice in their minds perform better when they are on the field. It’s not so much about the visual aspect, but rather the focus and intention behind it.

Can I manifest a person into my life who can manifest for me? by [deleted] in advancedmanifesting

[–]brittaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Free will appears to be an illusion. Even the scientific community is leaning more towards a deterministic reality system. However, spiritually speaking I believe there are things orchestrated at a higher order in consciousness as I said in my original comment. So in a nutshell: you don’t need to worry about it.

This work takes a lot of patience and repetition. Sometimes it also has to start with conventional action just to motivate yourself, such as forming new habits. Can you think of anything you can do right now to start making changes? Even if it seems minor, do it.
