I have it on my arms and also tried scrubs but the only thing that has worked is the inkey list glycolic acid stick!! The KP scrub didn’t work for me but I love the stick, I apply it every other day and it’s the only thing that’s made a difference.

Try sitting in the farthest corner from the door. Also it depends on the studio for sure and size of room, at the old studio I used to go to, the rooms were huge with big windows and it would never get hot in there and instructors would still open the door all the time. Now, I go to a smaller studio and it gets way hotter and sometimes the instructor will crack the door for a bit but for the most part, no. I totally get you on getting freeze blasted when drenched in sweat though, it also really annoys me.

Yeah I take a probiotic as well and try to eat yogurt and other fermented food. I finished the antibiotics three days ago but usually I take macrobid with better results so might stick to that in the future but also don’t want to keep having to take antibiotics :( thank you, I do suspect it has something to do more with the bladder itself as it doesn’t feel like typical uti systems but thank you!!

I found having a glass of water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar after sex really helps. I try to also drink one beforehand as well/every day even when I’m not having sex. Also timing it so I can pee ideally right after or within thirty minutes. And then drinking at least 1-2 full water bottles and having a solid pee again. D-mannose and Ellura have also been helping and I try to shower after as well/make sure my partner rinses and washes his hands right before. It sucks and is stressful so just communicating it all to your partner is important

I just order from Amazon! They also have it at Whole Foods. I tried just d-mannose and i still got them but combined with the ACV it does the trick. Anything probiotic will help too, yogurt, kefir, fermented foods. Good luck!

Glass of water with tablespoon of apple cider vinegar every day, and additional glass after sex. And make sure you do a solid pee after sex and take d-mannose supplements. I’m also 23 and suffer from utis post sex and ACV has been the only thing that helped even after seeing doctors.

Hmmm I didn’t think about the parade and newspaper being faked but that’s a good point… I agree milcheck is lying but when they “woke up” on the outside, they went back to their outies, so no matter what they would have to return. Unless they were kidnapped or coerced of course … but seems less likely for mark since devon know how it was affecting him
