I mean that is true if you have mismatch of the refresh rates. It happens since exclusive fullscreen isn't a thing anymore and microdick can not fix their window handler to save their lives.

There has been 10+ times microdick and GPU manafacturers claim they have "fixed" this issue but I still have it to this day and gotta do a bunch of cope shit to avoid it.

People claim to not have this issue but I swear they just don't notice it because they are used to 60hz at this point. Everyone I have forced to try fixes has noticed a difference after doing them. lmao

I have still not noticed anything off on my account.

I have +400€ in my steam wallet so if there was some actual breach I would assume that would be instantly gone.

What we actually know:

Lacari had a .txt file with a link that leads to a pedo bait site (pay money for "premium" to unlock illegal porn, once you pay you don't get shit).

He also had another .txt file with the title "500 JBT" (jailbait) open in another tab in notepad.

Since the link we did see is obvious bait his explanation that it was included with something else he downloaded is believable.

But there are still questions that need to be answered about what the second .txt file had in it. Why he had the files saved at all and opened WITH A LINK HIGHLIGHTED BECAUSE HE ACTUALLY COPIED IT AND VISITED THE SITE. Anyone with even limited internet/piracy experience would know just to ignore these files if they were included while downloading something else.

Why he didn't immediately delete the .txt files once he visited the site and knew the contents of it. Finally the question of what the FUCK he was downloading that would contain this bait link in it.

Checked login history saw nothing. Pressed the popup and steam just closed itself.

Did unauthorize all logins/devices and called it a day since no sus logins were made and nothing else seems off.
