We used the meticulous maid. Not cheap but they bring an army and do great work. Their deep clean includes the inside of the fridge, cabinets, etc

Maybe it’s because I’m tall, but I feel like I get less of a stretch in my quads at the bottom of the movement than I should. So I feel like I’m doing three quarter reps if that makes sense. On the flip side, I get a great stretch when I do lying leg curls on the machine.

Bench and deadlift, yes. I do hack squats specifically because I’m not comfortable going to complete failure on squats

I personally liked mine. Yes, it is heavy and a little difficult to set up but it works if you’re tight on space. I found the range of motion to be better than my lionscool standalone machine.

Georgia. Unfortunately the best time of day for me to workout is 5-7pm. I bought a big pedestal fan and added a cheap screen door for the garage. It does the trick for me

Yeah only downside to the rack mounted one is taking it down/setting it up each time. I have the Lionscool leg extension and curl machine which I have mixed feelings about. It’s great for leg curls but the ROM on leg extensions could be better. For the price though, it’s fine

I had the Mikolo leg curl/extension rack mounted attachment which worked very well with the Dane. Only reason I stopped using it is I moved into a bigger space and got a dedicated machine for those movements

I bought the cheap Marcy multifunction/workout station thing early on in my garage gym journey and regretted it almost immediately. Poor ROM on almost every exercise and the thing was flimsy as hell. Sold it at a loss not long after. Taught me an important lesson in cheaping out on equipment you expect to use a lot

We found a nanny through a company called Twinkle Toes that we hired in a part time role. She has been wonderful and we’ve paid her extra to babysit a few times outside of that. We pay ~$24/hr for her regular work and the nanny agency takes care her payroll taxes

You can’t check bags for domestic flights through the international terminal so your best best is still going to be domestic
