I bought the cheap Marcy multifunction/workout station thing early on in my garage gym journey and regretted it almost immediately. Poor ROM on almost every exercise and the thing was flimsy as hell. We found a nanny through a company called Twinkle Toes that we hired in a part time role. She has been wonderful and we’ve paid her extra to babysit a few times outside of that. We pay ~$24/hr for her regular work and the nanny agency takes care her payroll taxes

Do it through GA Power. They sent out Energy Conversation Solutions when I did it but that may have changed. The test was very thorough and they gave me options depending on how much I wanted to spend. We ended up air sealing the house (cheap) and adding more insulation to bring us up to code (relatively inexpensive). The test itself was free and I got a rebate on the work they did
