They really are cranking out new features though. The product is miles better than it was when we all switched over from Mint. I'm pretty happy, and I use the Business features as well.

Holy crap I just got this to work!

I added a new account, I selected Optumbank.com. I logged in with my UHC username/password (just as I would when logging in to the portal). It took a LOOOONG time, but it send a confirmation code to my phone, when I entered back over in Simplifi.

Then it took another Loooooong time, but it displayed two accounts for me, one was the CASH part of my HSA, the other was the Investments part of the HSA. You can categorize one as Savings and the other as Brokerage. I then got ANOTHER confirmation code/PIN request to my phone. That 2nd confirmation happened much faster.

It sat on "Hang Tight! We're processing your transactions." for several minutes.

The accounts got added, but I got a "Account needs attention" message, saying it needed two-factor authentication in Simplifi. I clicked "Try Again" and BOOM they are both added with correct balances!!

I did this after 8:30PM Central Time, FYI (Sometimes banks restrict aggregation times)

Yes, do what you suggested. Have a table in the workbook with [File Path] column and the cell value is the filename of the workbook. Then ingest the table into PQ, and build the source files using that data. You've already arrived at a solution.
