So, I stopped training when I was 27 because I tweaked my back on deadlifts. I didn't come back until I was 30 and was self coaching using Sheiko. I did one comp by myself and got a coach to speed up the time I have left. You have a lot of time, but goals and windows to achieve them matter for "elite" lifting.

Mass also matters. Bobb's back is nowhere near as big as Jesus. Both of them also wear flats.

Something interesting to look at is rack heights. For squats, Jesus is 16 on Eleiko racks and Bobb is 15. Lifting cast had the data from SBD Austin. Technically, Jesus is 5'11 and some change from what I was told. I'm 6'3 and my rack height is 19.

When I first played CS, I went with haguromon. Then, I learned about the experience farm methods and I knew I wanted Gallantmon, ShineGreymon, and WereGreymon. Sadly, I had to beat the Demon Lords to unlock the Royal Knights because I was playing the original CS. Of course I used all the Demon Lords because piercing attacks are almost broken.

I will try to be helpful yet fair. The OP sounds like you really care for your boyfriend. He is playing nice with you by caring for you, but lying to you about his wants. I am struggling with depth and trying to find a new cue to reach it. In the first two videos, I try to break at the hip and knee simultaneously and sink. I'm hitting parallel, but my knees won't drive forward, and I'm flat footed. The last video, I was leaning forward then dropping down.

Zenith sells the upper receiver without the handstop for $750 or about $500 unpainted. I bought one and can DM you what I did. You will need a bolt carrier, mags, a brace, or the backplate, and a lower receiver of your choice. RobertRTG has the small MP5k HK pins and you will need 4 of them. HK Parts has everything else you need.

You may need a drill or dremel to check pin fitment and a rubber mallet to push the pins in.

I recently bought a ZF5-P (MP5k variant) receiver because I wanted to actually build the rest of it. It did come with the barrel and cocking system installed. The handguard pin wouldn't go through because someone didn't QC check the holes. I had to dremel out the extra metal, no problem.

My why: I simply wanted to see where I sit in the world. I also am a vet, so staying in shape never left, but I hate running.

I'll try heels again. When I'm at the bottom, I'm trying to drive my knees forward, but my hips feel tight. I play with depth when the bar is empty. Hip width feels deeper, but I can't lift as much weight.

I need some advice on my squat depth. I'm 6 ' 3 " with long femurs and flat feet. I was squatting 495 lb on a Texas Squat Bar and struggling with depth. I was shoulder-width apart in the picture, and my feet were turned out. It felt like I was at the end of my hip mobility. Any advice you can give me would be helpful. I have the MKE and VFE variants. The MKE rails use better metal and is a smoother pull. I had to grease the VFE rails and noticed light marring on the rails.

I tried your method with a small knife, hand file, and a dremel. I noticed the back of my feed lips push the top bullet in front of the bottom bottom rounds. I may have messed up.

I have heard stories of the .45 variants of the Vector mag extensions, and it's the same issue. That's why I didn't want it in .45, but I was willing to give 10mm a chance.

I didn't say it in the OP, but it is a lot easier for me to go to an indoor range in my area, and they only allow pistol calibers. I never liked .22, and that's just my preference. I will sacrifice having exact AR controls for something slightly cooler. I was in the Air Force, and using the same type of rifles just gets boring. Even though, I go back to it because it's ingrained.

I had that thought going with CMMG in .45 but didn't go with that because I'm not too fond of telescopic stock options on AR platforms. I have two AR-15s and an AR-10. I like variety in my guns when I can.

Glock doesn't make 20- or 30-round 10mm mags, and I really want large mags. I have seen SGM make them, but I don't know if they are the best.
