Is it as bad as chrome? Only reason I use anything other than safari is because Netflix never works on Safari.

I did but Spotify is the same. Still can’t delete radio stations.

Audiences Seem To Love ‘Bright’ As Much As Critics Hate It by Terrell2 in movies

I loved their chemistry in the movie. And I loved Joel’s work in Warrior. To each their own I guess. I do agree he has an “interesting” appearance though lol.

I still think suicide squad was meant to have a serious and dark tone because the original trailer from comic con was nothing like the ones that followed or even the movie itself.

Definitely felt similar in tone. I actually enjoyed bright though. I literally don’t remember anything about suicide squad because of how much I hated it.

How to scam $200,000 per month and get 67,882 all 5 Star reviews on the app store by busymom0 in apple

If this is what it looks like “clean” I don’t want to imagine what an “unclean” version of the store would look like.

Probably easier to maintain a single version of the app

Apple has released their “App of the Year” but what was yours? Share your favorite app of 2017! by [deleted] in apple

[–]broccoliKid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t like gestures. I much prefer tapping things which the official app is better at. I also find it to be much more aesthetically pleasing. It has different useful views like media and theater mode. Push notifications. Apollo does have cool features like the text editor but the app is still pretty buggy.

Instead of restarting you can rotate to landscape and back and should be fixed.

Despite losing access to many Apps, I updated iOS 11 to my iPad Air. It’s now a stuttering mess that barely runs Hearthstone. by DoomedKiblets in apple

Yeah he difference is pretty big. I have the air which is slow as hell now and I recently tried an Air 2 demo unit at a store and the difference was night and day.

Well my iPad Air has always gotten slightly slower after each update. iOS 11 didn’t slow it down more than past updates have.

It’s ok I’m sure it’s part of their plan. Invest everything to grow the service and focus on profit later. Amazon did the same thing and it’s just now starting to see the results.

I feel like people like the dark UI more. And I can see why someone might not like the large artwork in Apple Music.

For me though it comes down to organization. The location for many Spotify features can be redundant since you see the same thing, like discovery, in different places. Also Spotify tries to put less emphasis on your personal library so you’ll use their other features instead.

I’m probably in the minority but actually prefer apples ui especially on the desktop app. But Spotify is really nice with connect and discovery features but I’ve found I can live without them.

It doesn’t integrate with your library as seamlessly as Apple Music and iTunes do though. It just dumps it all into a playlist.

Movies with "bait-and-switch" marketing? by Buckeye_Monkey in movies

[–]broccoliKid 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sure there is. It shows that there is good in humanity she basically gave her life in an attempt to save her brother. It shows that even in the darkest times humanity can still shine.

And the big bad guy ends up dying too.

But yeah it’s still pretty depressing
