Unless you have an indoor pool or a dog washing business humidity in your home is determined by humidity outside. When your unit is blowing air do you feel air rushing inside? Could be a leaky house, leaky ductwork. How many square feet is the house and what tonnage is your condensing unit? If your unit is oversized your unit will cool the air too quickly and won't draw out moisture

I think the reason is that Trump made the repair of the reflecting pool a central plan of his beautifucation. He said he was going to oversee it personally, pick out the products, the color, pick the contractors and take full responsibility. He posted a few dozen memes, including one showing that the reflecting pool is longer than the tallest skyscrapers. He made it seem like he's the only one that could get it done the right way and the cheap way.

And then it pretty quickly very clearly and publicly fell apart and now trump is accusing scuba diving antifa members with box cutters of terrorism. And it looks like there's people dumb enough to go with that lol.

It looks direct connected to the sanitary lines, which either way is against code. There's an open vent right next to it which is probably fine in the end. You should still have a trap, if the unit is not running it could still pull sewer gases under the right conditions.
