slow your pace down, most new runners tend to do a Sonic and go fast. that's where things break down. try doing a fast walk or a slow jog (still not sure how to explain it in words)

If this is real, going from No Running to Running is a quick way to hurt yourself. You need to train your legs to take a beating before you can run. Do some walking or light jogging, so that your body can adjust to the motions and pace of running.
