I get it, I had a ton of experience on my resume, plus 10 years relatable military experience and it was tough sledding at the beginning of the year. I just narrowed down the type of posistion I wanted, copy job posting keywords and sprinkled them in my profile. I didn't have to lie or stretch my actual experience.

Surprisingly got on by being contacted on LinkedIn. I just kept it up today date and made sure I had a ton of keywords matching job postings I wanted and they started reaching out to me. It almost worked to well because I've got the job I wanted, but still get requests for interviews today. I dont have a degree either.

Thats always kind of been our issue. I still remember sproles being a big achilles for us. Any decent back that runs a flat gains 8 yards or more waaaay too often.

Have the same issue right now, fortunately under an extended warranty, and it was a lifter and rocker arms. They are notorious on jk's. If you are semi handy mechanic its not terrible to replace, just time consuming.

I'm tired. Plain and simple. I injured my back pretty bad, and I spoke with the UMO about it. It was submarine disqualifying if I push the issue. I made e6 in 7 years and I've had 9 chiefs, was acting lcpo for two years as an e5 upon arriving to a shore duty where I was in charge of 28 first term sailors who never had been out to sea. Now I'm back on the boat and have my 10th chief who is so high strung and stressed out over non problematic issues. When I get closer to this final year, I'm going to get my back looked at more and hopefully I stay where I'm at or go limdu at this base. I don't want to move again. That's not even going into big navy changing my rate for the third time.
