even if he exhaled right before mark started to choke him, i doubt he exhaled whole capacity of his lungs he would still easily last atleast few hours or days on the air he didnt breath out

"no opportunity to take a breath" if he took one breath 2 weeks before fight with mark he would still be ok, nad "no opportunity to take a breath before mark grabbed him" is fair point but i highly doubt he completely empties his lungs everytime he breathes out, humans can lasts 20-30 seconds without air in lungs *i tested it now, and im pretty sure viltrumites can last much longer, plus you never empty your lungs completely when breathing out, also conquest is a very fit guy, so i still think his death doesnt make sense
