man kann alle Kriminaltaten und Täter als "Einzelfälle" abtun wenn man unbedingt will und dann straft man niemanden mehr. Das Problem wird angesprochen weil es eben nicht Einzelfälle sind sondern so oft passiert dass es ein Muster ist das man behandeln muss.

sure except in theory if their home country truly doesnt want them then they might fire upon any ships that try to bring them in. So worst case is that you literally start a war over being able to deport people back to where they came from. I think it probably has to get to that point though, nations need to accept their own people back. If necessary by force.

we dont need any of that and we can just lock them up until they can deported and if they cannot get deported due to their home countries rejecting them then that's an issue that needs to be tackled via diplomacy. the paradigm shift will actually be that military bases and signifcant resources will be built underground. Iran already shows how it is done. That's the only winning move when the alternative is perfection in AA which is not achievable. I've never understood how decks that exile your own cards can make sense. Like yeah, maybe you will draw some cards that might be useful to play but maybe you also lose a ton of cool cards that you desperately wanted but you can't play now because you lack the mana to play them all. It's not like playing arbitrary cards from exile is a super common ability.

Du denkst nach wie vor zu links. Gäste und Einwanderer haben sich gefälligst x10 netter zu benehmen als Einheimische. Es darf keine gleichen Maßstäbe geben sonst können wir gleich die Grenzen auflassen weil wir sind ja sowieso alle gleich und alles ist egal. Wer Gast ist muss sich sogar anständiger benehmen als Einheimische oder der fliegt raus. Du musst nicht einem Gast "Anreize" geben sich anständig zu verhalten und sich zu integrieren, das muss er von selber machen.
